Worry: “Am I too much?”

We were sometimes worried too much. Tikus agree that every human need to have that attitude of worry. But in bringing this attitude are we concern enough that sometimes we were and we chose to worry too much. This worry actually can affect our daily life as we were too much focus on our worriedness. Worry can be define as “give way to anxiety or unease; allow one’s mind to dwell on difficulty or troubles”. Yes the word dwell here can be referring to “live in or at a specified place”. Here Tikus can conclude from the word “dwell” that we choose to be in or life in that “specified place” called “troubles or difficulty”.

Why I’m always worry

Why? We were sometimes being drag by situation where we want to try get rid of the worriedness or find solution to difficulty or troubles we face. Fear of unsettling the problem or difficulty cause our focus to shift from settling difficulty or troubles situation to settling with our worriedness. It shows that we were OFF TRACK. Dr Charles Mayo, one of American surgeon and philanthropist says “worry affects the circulation, the heart, the glands, the whole nervous system, and profoundly affects heart action”. Tikus will not go further the detail of Health and medical term as Tikus background of knowledge is not into that. What Tikus want to bring here is that worry can have effect in our health in a simple word. Another cause of worry also is “doubt”. Because we doubt, we worry.

Step to be taken

So today, Tikus urged us to take a step in reducing or control our worriedness. Yes! We will not by the fact that we can’t get rid of worry. But what we need to do is again Tikus say “reduce and control” our worriedness. Take a deep breath and evaluate the troubles or difficulty situation that we face. By doing this under wise thinking situation we actually can find “the root or cause” of the situation. Try not to worry on something that we can’t change, something that can cause frustration, anger and worry. Instead use this all energy into positive manner by listing out solution or way to deal with it. By doing that, actually reduce or can control your worriedness in the future. “Life is much like Christmas – you are more apt to get what you expect than what you want” (Anonymous).
